How to start using CalcuQuote
A clean walkthrough of the CalcuQuote workflow, from source material to scheduled posts.
Operating flow
Six steps from setup to publish
1. Set up profiles
Profiles are the LinkedIn accounts this system writes for. Each active profile receives new posts when generation runs.
2. Add source material
The Knowledge Base stores documents and URLs that the AI uses as context. More relevant source material leads to better post drafts.
3. Generate a batch
Generating a batch creates new drafts for all active profiles. 'Posts generated per run' controls how many drafts each profile receives in one generation cycle.
4. Review drafts
Posts start in Under Review. Edit the copy, swap images if needed, and approve anything that is ready for scheduling.
5. Schedule approved posts
Approved means the post is ready for the publishing queue. Add a scheduled date so it appears in the calendar and daily publishing workflow.
6. Publish and mark posted
When a post is published externally, mark it posted so the system reflects what has actually gone live.
